Position overview This position requires someone who is driven, dedicated, and that takes pride in their work. We install custom kitchens in an assortment of business and restaurants. We’re installing everything from stainless steel wall flashing, restaurant grade kitchen equipment, wall shelving, sinks, tables and more.
Essential job requirements Punctuality is our first and most important requirement. For our entire team to be productive, effective, and efficient we need everyone to show up on time every day. -Experience working on construction job sites -Knowledgeable use of power and hand tools -Ability to lift 75lbs -Ability to read and understand drawings and elevations -Good communication skills Willingness to learn -HVAC knowledge is a huge plus
Duties to include -Completing the job/tasks given to you (Jobs typically change from day to day or every few days you’re given a new job/scope) -Manage equipment/tools; making sure all equipment/tools are ready for the job -Foresee additional preparation work; being proactive for the next task/day -Using safe work habits -Communicate closely with install leads and project managers to deliver final product -Installation of various equipment and accessories (i.e. hoods, cabinetry, gas and electrical appliances, corner guards, shelving, etc.) -Multitasking and meeting deadlines while keeping a positive attitude
This position requires a lot of teamwork which means that if we cannot all work together to create a positive, fun, safe, work environment that we won’t be able to efficiently do our job. Hours of operation are from 6:00am – 2:30pm with optional and sometimes mandatory overtime. Pay will be negotiated upon interview depending on knowledge and skill set.
